Note: This kit will NOT fit early 7.3L Powerstroke engines built in late 1998 or early 1999. Early 1999 trucks use a smaller intake elbow and different intercooler pipe routing. Mid-1999.5 and newer trucks have larger diameter piping and intake connections—this kit is designed specifically for those later configurations.

Designed for 1999.5–2003 models, this upgrade replaces restrictive factory piping that limits airflow and performance. With a larger 3-inch diameter and smooth mandrel bends, it improves airflow velocity, reduces EGTs, and enhances horsepower, torque, and throttle response.
Each pipe is CNC mandrel-bent from premium stainless steel for superior strength and heat resistance. 5-ply silicone boots rated up to 400 PSI and stainless steel spring clamps ensure a tight, leak-free fit under extreme boost conditions. Finished in our signature Sinister Blue powder coat, this charge pipe delivers both performance and a show-quality appearance under the hood.
