The Sinister Diesel Billet Coolant Reservoir (Degas) Cap is a premium upgrade for the 2020–2025 6.7L Powerstroke, replacing the factory plastic cap with a precision CNC-machined billet aluminum design built to last.
Maintaining proper cooling system pressure is critical to the performance and reliability of your engine. Designed to operate at the factory 21 PSI pressure rating, our billet degas cap provides a secure seal to help your cooling system perform as intended under everyday driving, towing, and heavy-duty use.
Machined from solid T6-6061 billet aluminum, this cap offers significantly greater durability than the factory plastic cap while adding a premium finishing touch under the hood.
