Note: Not compatible with E-Series vans or Cab & Chassis models. Note for 2003–2004 F-Series & Excursion owners: This intake elbow may interfere with the factory throttle valve. To check compatibility, inspect the throttle valve located between the factory intake elbow and the intake manifold. If electrical wires are connected, the valve is active and this intake elbow is not compatible. If there are no wires, the valve is non-active and this intake elbow will fit correctly.

Replacing the restrictive factory plastic intake elbow, this hexagon-style design increases internal volume and smooths airflow into the intake manifold, helping reduce restriction and support higher boost levels.
Hand-fabricated from aluminum and fully TIG-welded, the Hexagon Intake Elbow is built to handle demanding driving conditions, towing, and performance applications. The CNC-machined billet base plate ensures a precise seal at the intake manifold, while the distinctive hexagon shape and Sinister Blue powder coat give your engine bay a standout look that sets it apart from standard round intake elbows.
This intake elbow is a direct bolt-on upgrade that installs using factory mounting points with no cutting or fabrication required.
