The Sinister Diesel Intercooler Pipe Boot & Clamp Kit is the complete replacement boot set for Sinister Diesel hot and cold side charge pipes on the 2008–2010 6.4L Powerstroke.
Intercooler boots live in one of the harshest environments under the hood, constantly exposed to heat, boost pressure, oil vapor, and repeated heat cycles. Over time, worn boots can soften, crack, split, or lose their ability to maintain a reliable seal, potentially resulting in boost leaks and reduced performance.
Our heavy-duty boots are manufactured from reinforced 4-ply high-temperature silicone and feature a burst rating of up to 400 PSI. They're designed to provide the strength and durability needed to maintain a secure connection between your Sinister Diesel charge pipes, intercooler, and engine.
The kit also includes eight 300-series stainless steel spring clamps to provide consistent clamping force and a secure seal throughout the charge air system.
Whether you're replacing worn boots or refreshing your existing Sinister Diesel intercooler pipe system, this kit gives you everything needed to service both the hot and cold sides.
