The Sinister Diesel Hot Side Boot Kit is designed to replace worn or damaged boots on your Sinister Diesel 6.0L Powerstroke Hot Side Charge Pipe system.
Factory-style rubber boots are exposed to constant heat, oil vapor, pressure cycles, and engine movement. Over time, they can become brittle, crack, split, or develop boost leaks that negatively impact performance and reliability.
Our heavy-duty 4-ply silicone boots are engineered to exceed factory specifications and provide long-term durability in demanding diesel applications. Rated to withstand up to 400 PSI burst pressure, these boots are built to handle towing, daily driving, and high-performance use with confidence.
