The Sinister Diesel Intake Elbow & Charge Pipe Kit for the 2003–2007 5.9L Cummins is designed to replace restrictive factory intercooler piping and intake components with a stronger, higher-flow system built for performance and reliability.
The factory charge pipe and intake elbow create unnecessary restrictions as air travels from the intercooler into the engine. This complete system replaces those bottlenecks with mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing and a high-flow intake elbow that allows air to move more efficiently through the charge system. The result is improved throttle response, more consistent power delivery, and increased turbo efficiency under load.
Whether you're towing, daily driving, or running performance modifications, improved airflow through the intercooler and intake system helps your turbocharger operate more efficiently while supporting increased horsepower and torque.
Built for durability, this kit includes heavy-duty 5-ply silicone boots rated at 400 PSI and premium stainless steel spring clamps that maintain a secure seal under demanding conditions. Every component is finished in Sinister Blue powder coat for long-term corrosion resistance and a clean, finished appearance under the hood.
Installation is straightforward with a direct bolt-on design requiring no cutting or special modifications.
