The factory pipes and intake elbow are restrictive and prone to leaks, holding back your truck’s performance. Our upgraded system replaces those weak points with CNC mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing that improves airflow, reduces lag, and delivers stronger throttle response. Finished in signature high-gloss Sinister Blue, the kit not only performs but also transforms the look of your engine bay.
Heavy-duty 5-ply silicone boots rated at 400 PSI and stainless clamps ensure a leak-free seal under the harshest boost conditions. Installation is quick and straightforward with a direct bolt-on design, no cutting or modifications required. Works with factory and most aftermarket intercoolers.
Please Note: The hot-side charge pipe does not fit trucks equipped with the dual alternator option.

Note: Not compatible with E-Series vans or Cab & Chassis models. The Hotside pipe will not fit on vehicles with dual alternators. Note: for 2003–2004 F-Series & Excursion owners: This intake elbow may interfere with the factory throttle valve. To check compatibility, inspect the throttle valve located between the factory intake elbow and the intake manifold. If electrical wires are connected, the valve is active and this intake elbow is not compatible. If there are no wires, the valve is non-active and this intake elbow will fit correctly.
