The Sinister Diesel Radiator Pipe for the 2019–2020 Ram 3500 High Output Cummins is designed to replace the weak factory upper coolant tube with a stronger, more reliable solution built for the demands of high-output diesel performance.
Factory coolant hoses and plastic-style tubing are prone to cracking, abrasions, and fatigue over time—especially in high-heat engine bays and heavy towing applications. This upgraded radiator pipe eliminates those weak points with durable 6061 aluminum tubing and high-strength silicone boots designed to withstand years of heat and pressure without deterioration.
Precision mandrel bends ensure a proper factory-style fit while maintaining smooth coolant flow throughout the cooling system. Combined with stainless steel clamps and extra-thick 4-ply silicone boots rated at 400 PSI, this setup delivers a secure, dependable seal built for towing, hauling, and daily driving.
Finished in Sinister Blue powder coat, this radiator pipe not only improves long-term reliability but also adds a clean, custom appearance under the hood. Even the silicone boots feature the Sinister Diesel logo for a finished look throughout the engine bay.
Installation is straightforward with a direct-fit design requiring no cutting or modifications.
