The SPE Motorsport Emperor Turbo System is a 100% drop-in turbo upgrade for the 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke, delivering the reliability of a non-VGT turbo with the ability to support serious power — up to 800HP on a stock-based bottom end. Whether you're replacing the problematic Garrett GT32 single sequential turbocharger (SST) found on 2011-2014 trucks, or upgrading from a tired factory VGT, the Emperor is the easy choice. In SPE's experience, the hardest part of the install is pulling the factory turbo — the Emperor bolts right in.
Snyder Performance Engineering designed this system to require no additional components, no custom piping, and no factory removal beyond the turbo itself. It uses the factory driver's side manifold and up-pipe, includes an SPE-designed aftermarket passenger side manifold, and retains the 15+ style downpipe, 15+ lower intake manifold, and 11-19 upper intake manifold. Available with choice of journal or ball-bearing turbochargers in S363, S366, and S370 sizes — the ball-bearing option delivers 15% faster spool-up, lower EGTs, and noticeably crisper throttle response.
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTICE:
For 2011–2014 Ford Powerstroke models, our 11–14 Install Kit is required to properly install the SPE Emperor Turbo System. Without this kit, the turbo will not bolt on, and you would need to source multiple parts from Ford. Save time and ensure a seamless upgrade by adding the correct install kit to your order.
