The SPE Motorsport Hot Side Intercooler Pipe is a direct-fit 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum hot side charge pipe for 2011-2025 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke (non-HO) trucks. Snyder Performance Engineering waited to release this kit until they had the strongest and most modular design possible — starting with a CNC-machined billet 3-inch turbo compressor adapter that seals with a thick 5mm O-ring (instead of the thin, leak-prone factory ribbon seal), retains the factory snap/quick-connect ring for easier installation, and works with both factory and most non-VGT aftermarket turbo setups.
The pipe itself is mandrel-bent from thick-wall T6 aluminum with the fewest bends possible for minimum airflow restriction and maximum visual appeal. A polished finish keeps the engine bay looking clean, the 5-ply silicone couplers are far stronger than factory rubber (with a metal-ringed flex coupler on the intercooler side for extra strength), and all necessary T-bolt clamps and installation hardware are included. No tuning required, and easy enough for a novice to install.
