The SPE Motorsport Heater Inlet Billet Top Adapter Fitting replaces the failure-prone factory plastic 90-degree quick connect heater inlet end on 2011-2024 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. The top hose barb on the factory plastic fitting commonly breaks off when working under the hood, leading to coolant leaks at one of the worst possible locations. Snyder Performance Engineering replaced that weak point with a billet aluminum, black anodized fitting that won't crack or break off — and relocated the hose barb vent fitting to the side rather than the top, keeping it out of harm's way while still allowing the system to bleed and vent as the factory configuration did.
Easy installation: no need to remove the hose, just cut the plastic clamp and install. Includes a new O-ring, injection-molded retaining clip, and clamp for a complete, hassle-free replacement. The 1/8" NPT replaceable hose barb makes long-term serviceability simple.
