The SPE Motorsport Billet Steel Magnetic Oil Drain Plug is designed for 2011-2025 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke trucks equipped with the factory steel oil pan or the SPE Billet Oil Pan — and eliminates the need to remember a wrench when doing oil service. Machined from billet steel with a zinc coating for corrosion resistance, the plug features both a 19mm hex drive and a 3/8-inch square ratchet drive, so you can grab whichever tool is closest and drain the oil in seconds.
The magnetic tip uses a rare-earth Neodymium magnet with 5 pounds of pulling force — capturing any magnetic debris that makes it past the oil filter and giving you a visual indicator of engine wear metal presence at every oil change. Replaceable O-ring for leak-free sealing. Note: this plug differs from the non-magnetic SPE drain plug; SPE offers both designs based on owner preference (see the non-magnetic version if you prefer that philosophy).
