The SPE Motorsport Intake Piping Kit is a complete intercooler and intake piping upgrade that replaces the restrictive factory plastic upper intake and cast aluminum lower intake on 2011-2026 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. Built to cover every model year in one kit, the SPE piping system includes polished aluminum tubing, a cast aluminum Y manifold, 5-ply silicone couplers, T-bolt clamps, and all installation hardware — everything needed to upgrade flow, strengthen the charge air system, and transform the look of the engine bay in one package.
What sets this kit apart from competitors is the attention to detail: the cast aluminum Y manifold has a true 3-inch internal diameter (not 2.5" like competitor parts), cast-in injectable bosses, and factory-style O-ring gaskets for easier installation and future service. The cold side pipe runs 3.5-inch diameter instead of the typical 3" — improving flow while giving the engine bay a bolder visual footprint. A welded-in billet IAT bung keeps the factory intake air temperature sensor functional for proper PCM operation (something most kits skip). A high-quality rotomolded adapter connects stock or aftermarket cold air intakes to the turbo, so you don't throw away an investment in an existing cold air kit. Optional micro-wrinkle black powder coat or raw finish.
