The SPE Motorsport Replacement Coolant Degas Hose Kit solves a chronic issue on the 2011+ Ford 6.7L Powerstroke — factory degas hoses that crack, leak, and fail on top of the engine. The factory plastic T-fittings are brittle, and the factory EPDM rubber hoses are only rated to about 250°F, which isn't enough to survive sustained underhood temperatures on hard-worked trucks. When they fail, you get coolant leaks in one of the messiest possible locations.
Snyder Performance Engineering addressed both weaknesses head-on: 304 stainless steel T-fittings replace the brittle factory plastic, and five-layer reinforced silicone hoses replace the low-temp rubber — rated to 500°F for reliable high-temp service. Installation is simple with all required parts included: stainless band clamps for T-fittings, scroll clamps for engine connections, Christmas-tree clips with zip ties matching factory design, and improved routing away from heat sources. No need to drain the coolant system — just shut off the engine and swap.
