The SPE Motorsport 6.7L Powerstroke Billet Stainless Steel Oil Drain Plug is designed to work on 2012-2025 Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with the factory steel oil pan, and eliminates the need to hunt for a wrench every time you drain your oil. Machined from solid 304 stainless steel, this drain plug features both a 19mm hex drive and a 3/8-inch square ratchet drive — so whether you grab a wrench or a ratchet, you're draining oil in seconds. The integrated design also eliminates the galling and thread stripping issues common to factory drain plugs over multiple oil changes.
Snyder Performance Engineering deliberately chose not to include a magnet on this drain plug. The reasoning is straightforward: magnetized debris that accumulates on a drain plug, if missed during one oil change, can release as a large clump into the oil pump pickup tube — causing far worse damage than the smaller particles that would otherwise be filtered out by the oil filter. On top of that, a magnetic plug does nothing to help you identify non-magnetized particles (coolant, plastic, gasket material). Includes a replaceable O-ring for a leak-free seal.
