The SPE Motorsport Race Exhaust Manifolds are a clam-shell-style manifold pair designed specifically for high-horsepower competition 6.7L Powerstroke builds — rated for 2000+HP capability when paired with appropriate turbo and fueling systems. Each manifold is CNC-machined and expertly TIG-welded in-house, using standard 1018 mild steel (with optional 304 stainless available by custom order). The design is built specifically around the 6.7L Powerstroke's firing order for optimal exhaust pulse tuning and maximum scavenging efficiency.
Snyder Performance Engineering includes a 2-inch mating V-band and clamp with each manifold for a clean, reliable turbo interface. Head flanges are CNC billet and the welding is done in jigs for perfect, consistent fitment. These manifolds are sold uncoated by default; custom options are available on request — 304 stainless material, high-temp coatings, EGT bung locations, or different flange configurations.
