The SPE Motorsport Driver Side Exhaust Manifold for 2020-2026 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke addresses the well-known failure points of factory exhaust manifolds — cracking, warping, and leaks under high heat and demanding operations. SPE engineered this manifold from high-silicon ductile cast iron with 0.275-inch wall thickness, delivering a remarkable 75% increase in structural sturdiness over the factory casting.
While engineered for seamless integration with SPE Motorsport's Emperor Turbo Kit, this manifold also provides a significant performance improvement on factory trucks. It carries over key design points from the Emperor manifold including 20% increased flow and a more aesthetic appearance. Advanced computational fluid dynamics optimized every curve and port for unparalleled airflow and turbo responsiveness. High-temperature black coating maintains a clean appearance while warding off corrosion. SPE also includes Grade 12.9 Allen bolts to replace the inferior Grade 5 factory nuts and studs that are prone to failure — and the thick flanges eliminate the need for spacers.
