Diesel panel filters need tall, rigid pleats for increased surface area and airflow, and SPE mold design eliminates "pleat bleed" — a common manufacturing flaw where rubber bleeds into the filter media, reducing effective surface area and choking airflow. The result is a drop-in filter that actually moves air the way a performance filter should, without sacrificing filtration efficiency.
