Built to correct common weak points found in standard S300 turbos, the Emperor series features higher-quality castings, upgraded bearing materials, and precision machine work for greater durability, reliability, and long-term performance. This turbocharger is an excellent choice for truck owners seeking quick response, towing capability, and dependable street performance.
Optimized specifically for the Ford 6.7L Powerstroke, the Emperor Quick Spool turbo uses a specially developed .83 A/R turbine housing to improve spool-up while helping reduce backpressure. The Quick Spool is available in two versions: 63mm and 66mm compressor inlet sizes. The 63mm model uses a 76mm/68mm turbine, while the 66mm model uses an 80mm/73mm turbine. Available in journal bearing or ball bearing configurations, this turbo is ideal for higher-elevation applications, towing setups, and drivers who want responsive boost without chasing maximum horsepower.
