The SPE Motorsport Turbo Coolant Feed Line fixes a well-known weak point on the 2017-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke — the factory rigid hard coolant line is prone to cracking and breaking under turbo pressure and engine vibration, leading to coolant leaks and inadequate coolant flow to the turbocharger. Snyder Performance Engineering replaces that brittle factory line with a flexible Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) line paired with CNC-machined billet aluminum end fittings, black anodized for a clean under-hood appearance.
PTFE is superior to the braided stainless lines many aftermarket companies sell — braided stainless still uses a rubber inner hose that dry rots over time, while PTFE is chemically inert, heat-stable, and built to last. The flexibility of the PTFE line also absorbs engine motion and vibration that cracks factory hard lines. This is a must-have for any 2017+ 6.7L running a GT37 factory-style turbocharger, or for anyone converting an older truck to run the 2017+ turbo style.
