The SPE Motorsport Strike VGT Stage-1 Turbocharger with Billet Wheel is a complete redesign of the factory GT37V turbo for the 2015-2019 6.7L Powerstroke, addressing every known failure point that has plagued these turbos since launch. Built around years of SPE's experience modifying and repairing the platform, this drop-in upgrade delivers stock-style fitment with significantly improved reliability and flow.
The Strike VGT features a one-piece cast front cover that eliminates the OEM 2-piece press-in design known to come apart, integrates the VGT vane assembly directly into the exhaust housing (removing the restrictive factory vane cage), and uses SPE's signature 360° hardened thrust bearing for full-circle lubrication. A 62mm billet 11-blade compressor wheel flows up to 81 lb/min vs the factory unit's 70 lb/min, and the upgraded stepped gap ring keeps oil out of the exhaust housing for cleaner long-term operation. Capable of supporting up to 650hp with proper tuning and fuel. No ECU recalibration required for 2015-2019 trucks. Cimat VSR balanced.
