Built to withstand face-melting heat
Heat kills axles. As temperatures rise, axle grease can break down, causing friction that ruins boots and CV joints and can even lead to catastrophic failure. Assault’s premium axle grease blend is engineered to resist breakdown in extreme conditions, so you can push your Polaris RZR RS1 to its limits with confidence.
Tested up to 586.4°F
Phoenix Axles were tested up to 586.4°F (308°C) without failure. That’s significantly hotter than the OEM grease, which failed at 365°F.
Reliable CV joints and beefy axle shafts
These CV joints are built for high articulation angles and demanding terrain, delivering power through trail, sand, and rocks. The larger, heat-treated chromoly steel axle shafts add strength for extreme riding conditions.
