Customize your Can-Am Commander with a 6" GDP Portal Gear Lift built for strength, clearance, and performance. Choose a 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction, and upgrade to dual idler gears for maximum power transfer and durability. The portal gear reduction is located in the hub, helping reduce stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission while delivering more torque to the ground.
GDP portals are built with reinforced cast or billet aluminum housings, advanced steel alloy backing plates, and precision-ground 9310 alloy steel gears for a cool, quiet, and reliable ride. They also feature a 1.5 in. diameter 4340 hardened steel drive shaft, advanced gaskets or O-rings, sealed input gears, double-lipped output seals, and double-angular contact output bearings to help protect against wear and leaks.
Portals are a great choice for mud, trails, and oversized tires. The 45% or 60% reduction is ideal for turning big mud tires, while the 30% reduction helps maintain higher top speed for trail riding. For added strength, consider pairing with a SuperATV Frame Stiffener.
