Strengthen Your Steering Your Can-Am Defender is your most important tool throughout the workday, but a worn-out rack makes every job harder. SuperATV’s Can-Am Defender HD10 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion uses patented X24 Tech with dual PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce wear by over 50% compared to stock. With RackBoss 2.0 installed, you get long-lasting performance you can count on.
Our dual bushing design helps prevent the wear and tear you’re used to and is built to handle bigger hits and larger tires without wearing out fast. Built-in grease fittings help push out dirt and debris after riding in mud or water for easier maintenance and better durability.
Choose the Tie Rod Style That Fits Your Build
- Swaged steel tube tie rods: Lightweight steel tube construction with enhanced durability, 14 mm outer tie rod ends, and rebuildable inner tie rod ends using 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
- Solid steel bar tie rods: Heavy-duty 1" solid steel rod with 3/4" outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends using 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
- Billet aluminum hex tie rods: Polished 6061 billet aluminum construction with 3/4" outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends using 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
All tie rod options include greasable components, inner boots, steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, and hardware. The rack features a 65% larger housing than stock and over 50% less wear than OEM after 15,000 cycles.
