If you want extreme strength and style to match, SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rod Kit is a strong replacement for your Can-Am Defender HD5. The unmistakable hex design, stronger tie rod ends, and lightweight aluminum construction make this upgrade stand out on and off the trail.
The solid aluminum rods feature a polished billet finish and a fierce hex design for a premium look that matches their strength. Made from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, these tie rods help keep your steering system rock solid. They also use oversized 3/4" chromoly steel heims and rebuildable inner ball sockets for precise steering control.
This kit is designed for easy installation and toe adjustment. Loosen the jam nuts and turn the rods to set your toe. It comes with the parts needed to get the job done, including tie rod shafts, 3/4" inner and outer tie rod ends, boots and zip ties, misalignment bushings and hardware, and thread locker.
