Patented X24 Tech uses durable bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce wear by over 50% compared to stock, giving you long-lasting performance you can rely on.
Cutting-edge X24 Tech and dual bushings
Wear and tear isn't unusual, but the dual PTFE bushing design helps minimize it. RackBoss 2.0 is engineered to handle larger hits and support bigger tires without loose steering. Integrated grease fittings help you remove debris that can build up when riding muddy or watery terrain.
Swaged tube tie rods
Swaged steel tube tie rods offer a balance of strength and weight. The swaged design enhances the 7/8" diameter tubing, with 16 mm inner ball and sockets and 14 mm outer tie rod ends.
Solid steel bar tie rods
Solid steel bar tie rods deliver the strength needed for rough terrain, big tires, and boulder fields. The 1" diameter steel rod is paired with 3/4" outer tie rods and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
