When you push your Defender to the limits, your steering takes a beating. Upgrade to SuperATV's Can-Am Defender HD9 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion for better control on tough terrain. Its patented X24 Tech dual-bushing design reduces wear by over 50% compared to stock.

Dual-Bushing Design for the Win

RackBoss 2.0 uses durable PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce internal play and keep the steering nearly motionless. With less internal movement, it stands up to harsh terrain, big tires, and lifts. A built-in grease fitting helps you clean out mud and water after a hard ride.

Choose Your Tie Rod Style

  • Swaged tube tie rods: Lightweight 7/8" diameter steel tubing with flared strength, tougher tie rod ends, 16 mm rack threads, and 14 mm rod threads.
  • Solid steel bar tie rods: 1" diameter solid steel bars with 3/4" outer heim joint tie rod ends, plus adjustable inner tie rod ends using 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
