Gen 3 Portals are Geared for All SuperATV’s GDP 4" Portal Gear Lift for the Can-Am Maverick is available with 15% or 30% gear reductions and cast or billet aluminum housings so you can choose the setup that fits your ride style.
Choose a 30% gear reduction for maximum torque, bigger tire clearance, and better performance in mud and rocks. Choose a 15% gear reduction for more speed-friendly performance on dunes and trails while still adding extra torque and ground clearance.
These portals use precision-ground gears made from billet 9310 steel alloy for strength, cool operation, and quiet performance. The fully sealed cast or billet aluminum housings are built for durability, and both options include advanced gaskets, a sealed input gear, and a double-lipped output seal to help keep oil in and contaminants out.

- Increases width by 4 in. per side (8 in. total)
- 1.5 in. diameter 4340 hardened steel drive shaft
- No leak bearings and seals
- Universal hub fits all major bolt patterns
- Comes complete with all hardware, backing plates, brake lines, and instructions
Recommended tire and lift combinations:
- Up to 33" tires: stock suspension setup, 15% gear reduction
- 34" to 35" tires: 3" lift kit, 30% gear reduction
- 36" to 40" tires: 6" lift kit, 30% gear reduction
Gear reductions listed are general guidelines to maintain factory top speed. Installing a larger than recommended gear reduction will result in extra torque and lower top speed.

Wheel requirements:
- 14" or larger wheel required
- Wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Not compatible with dual beadlock wheels
- Wheels need a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55 mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
