Built for Strength and Reliability Top-of-the-line 9310 alloy steel gears are precision ground for smooth mesh and reduced wear. The housings are reinforced for strength and improved oil flow, and they use advanced gaskets with excellent oil resistance.

Advanced Sealing and Bearings Both housing options use advanced gaskets, a sealed input gear, and a double-lipped output seal for complete sealing coverage. A double-angular contact bearing on the output shaft and stronger roller bearings on the idler are designed to handle heavy loads and hard impacts.
Universal Hubs and Slotted Rotors Precision-ground stainless steel rotors are slotted for cooling and braking performance. Universal hubs fit 4/156, 4/137, 4/115, and 4/110 bolt patterns, and the tapered output shaft helps create a secure lock that resists wobble and wear.

Can-Am Maverick Portal Gear Reduction Recommendations
- Up to 36" tires: Stock suspension, 30% reduction
- 37" to 40" tires: 3" lift kit, 30% reduction
- 41" to 46" tires: 6" lift kit, 30% reduction
Gear reductions listed are general guidelines to maximize torque and maintain factory top speed. A larger than recommended gear reduction will result in more torque and lower top speed. Give us a call for more information.

- Wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
