Gear Down and Go Big
SuperATV’s GDP 8" Portal Gear Lift for the Can-Am Maverick gives you a lift and a 45% gear reduction in one box. It adds the clearance to run bigger tires and the torque needed to turn them, while keeping the lift and gear reduction in the hub to maintain suspension geometry and reduce drivetrain stress.
With 8" portals and a 45% gear reduction, this setup is built for mud and rock crawling alike. It helps you clear huge tires, power through bounty holes, and crawl over boulders and steep shelves without getting high-centered.
Our gears are precision ground and made from 9310 billet steel alloy for cool, quiet operation and durability under hard use. Choose billet or cast aluminum housings to finish your portals; the billet housings are CNC-machined in Madison, Indiana for increased strength and consistency.
We highly recommend running a SuperATV with your 8" Portal Gear Lift to reinforce the frame for monster tires and hard riding.

Gear reductions listed are general guidelines to maximize torque and maintain factory top speed. A larger than recommended gear reduction will result in more torque and lower top speed. Give us a call for more information.
