Description

Tackle the trails with confidence with SuperATV’s RackBoss heavy-duty rack and pinion system. Built to withstand extreme abuse from massive tires, monster whoops, and rough terrain, RackBoss is designed to help eliminate sloppy steering and deliver long-lasting strength and durability.

SuperATV engineered RackBoss with a 65% larger housing, a 15% larger rack gear, and a wear-resistant internal Teflon bushing for improved longevity. It also features 5mm thick carbon steel mounting plates, 10.9 grade hardware, and increased tie rod bearing size for added strength. The oversized 4130 chromoly tie rod ends are designed for a larger bearing surface area, while the strengthened materials and heat treating help provide reliable performance.

Z-Bend Heavy-Duty Rack and Pinion

Select Z-Bend tie rods for big lift kits and stay in control. These Z-bend tie rods are specially designed with steel gussets for the strength needed with 6" or more of lift. The solid Z-bend tube is made from 4140 steel, and the high-strength 4130 chromoly tie rod ends help ensure proper steering even with larger setups.
