Optional heater performance upgrades

Add a quick-start flow valve to get heated air twice as fast by directing coolant straight to the heater core at low engine temperatures. Add an idle flow pump to get hot air in under 30 seconds by actively moving coolant at idle. For maximum heat as quickly as possible when you’re slow or at idle, use both together.
