This can leave your handling feeling a little loose. That’s where SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 comes in. With X24 Technology, it’s built to last longer and resist wear by more than 50%. Whether you’re tackling tough trails, working on the farm, or running larger tires, you’ll get sharper and more precise steering that’ll last for years.
X24 Tech Is Where It’s At It features a dual-bushing design with PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce movement in the gearset and tension spring. This setup means up to 50% less wear and results in more responsive steering. Say goodbye to loose and wobbly handling. Plus, it’s greaseable, so you can maintain it easily.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods These tie rods are made from ultra-strong swaged tube steel. Each tie rod end is equipped with heavy-duty heim joints and feature 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads, ensuring rock-solid reliability. They’re built to handle even the harshest rides.
