Take your Honda Foreman’s performance over the top with SuperATV’s 6" Portal Gear Lift. Choose a 30% or 45% gear reduction to boost torque, improve ground clearance, and run larger tires. The 45% reduction delivers maximum torque for heavy loads and tough terrain, while the 30% reduction helps maintain top speed with added torque.
GDP Portals put the gear reduction in the hub to help protect your drivetrain from extra wear, while keeping your factory suspension for cooler-running axles. These portals are built with cast or 6061 billet aluminum housings and reinforced with advanced steel backing plates for strength on rough terrain. They also feature cool, quiet, precision-ground 9310 alloy billet steel gears, a 1.5 in. diameter 4340 hardened steel drive shaft, advanced gaskets and O-rings, a sealed input gear, double-lipped output seal, double-angular contact output bearings, and roller idler and drive bearings for proper gear meshing and reduced wear.

Fitment:
- Honda Foreman 500: 2015-2019
- Honda Foreman 520: 2020+
NOTE: Only compatible on machines with IRS (Independent Rear Suspension).
Wheel Requirements:
- 18" or larger wheel required
- 20" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
Honda Foreman Max Tire Size Recommendations with 6" Portals:
- 28" tires: Stock suspension setup
Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The given tire sizes are the largest we fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.
