Unmatched strength, style, and dependability, this SuperATV 6" Lift Kit for the Honda Pioneer 1000 is engineered for all-out performance so you can take on deep mud pits and steep climbs with confidence. It delivers a full six inches of lift, high-clearance A-arms, and ride quality that far exceeds stock.
The Ultimate A-Arms
High-clearance A-arms maximize strength and performance. 2016-2021 models include 1.25" diameter chromoly A-arms with hand-welded construction and tubing that is 25% larger than stock. 2022+ models upgrade to 1.5" diameter Atlas Pro A-arms made from 38 mm steel tubing for extreme toughness in aggressive terrain.
Industry-Leading Adjustable Pivot Blocks
These A-arms offer full camber adjustability, and the adjustable pivot blocks let you fine-tune camber as needed when running larger tires. They come preadjusted to stock specs.
2022+ Models Get Track Bars
2022+ models include track bars built with thick steel tubing and heavy-duty heims for added suspension strength. Double Axis Tech keeps suspension movement smooth with full travel and no binding, and they bolt on without welding while preserving ground clearance.
Rhino 2.0 Delivers Ultimate Strength
Upgrade with SuperATV Rhino 2.0 axles for maximized CV joints and end-to-end 4340 chromoly construction. They are twice as strong as stock, handle suspension angles of 40°+ without overheating, and do not require break-in. Includes an 18-month warranty.
Preassembly Available
If you want more time on the trails and less time in the garage, choose the preinstalled ball joint option.
Note: You must re-use your stock ball joints if you do not select pre-installed ball joints at checkout.
Heavy-Duty Ball Joints
Heavy-duty ball joints are made from 4340 VAR steel and zinc-plated for wear resistance. They are adjustable, include easy-access grease zerks, and can withstand twice the force of a stock ball joint.
Keller Ball Joints
Keller Ball Joints use a two-piece design that eliminates the need for a snap ring. They thread directly onto the A-arms, and their chromoly steel stud and tool-steel body make them ideal for larger machines, bigger tires, and heavier rides. They are greaseable and rebuildable.
