These portals give you a big lift and a 45% or 60% gear reduction all in one package, with either cast or billet aluminum housings.

A Gear Reduction That Protects Your Drivetrain Because the lift is placed in the hub instead of in the transmission, there is less stress on critical components. That helps reduce strain on the axles, differential, and prop shaft.

Built for Strength and Reliability These Honda Pioneer portal gears are made from 9310 alloy steel and precision ground for smooth, quiet operation. The housings are reinforced and designed for better oil flow and gearing forces, with no vents. Portal backing plates are hand welded from a special steel alloy and are 5/16" thick. Both cast and billet housings use advanced gaskets, rubber O-rings, a sealed input gear, and a double-lipped output seal for strong oil resistance and sealing coverage. Output bearings are double-angular contact bearings built for brutal riding conditions.

Honda Pioneer 1000 Portal Gear Lift Suspension Recommendations
- Up to 35" tires: Stock
- Up to 36" tires: 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms
- Up to 44" tires: 6" Lift Kit
Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The given tire sizes are the largest we fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.

- All required hardware, including recessed castle nut socket

Wheel Requirements:
- 22" or larger wheel required
- Wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
