Description

RackBoss 2.0 Is on Another LevelUpgrade to SuperATV’s Honda Pioneer 1000 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion for a bigger, better version of the original RackBoss. It uses X24 Tech, a unique dual-bushing design that reduces wear by over 50%, so you can run bigger tires and lifts without ruining your rack. With 65% larger housing than stock and improved durability, it helps keep steering responsive longer.

The heavy-duty dual PTFE bushings are designed with X24 Tech to prevent wear, reduce slop, and improve overall durability. Built-in grease fittings help push out crud that can get in when riding through mud or water.

Tie Rod Options

  • Swaged tube tie rods: Steel swaged tube tie rods with flared 7/8" diameter tubing for added strength, beefed tie rod ends, 16 mm rack threads, and 14 mm rod threads.
  • Solid steel bar tie rods: 1" diameter steel bars with 3/4" outer heim joint tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rods using 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
  • Billet aluminum hex tie rods: Polished billet aluminum hex tie rods with beefed-up tie rod ends using 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
