After years of research and development, SuperATV’s dual idler gear portals are designed to spread the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and stronger gear performance. Precision CNC grinding ensures proper gear mating, and the gears are made from 9310 steel alloy.

Perfect for All Kinds of Rides A 30% gear reduction is ideal for mud and rocks, while a 15% gear reduction is a great choice for chores and trails. You’ll get the clearance and power you need to push through ruts and ditches, tow a trailer full of supplies, and still have enough speed to cruise down the road and take on trails easily.

A Gear Reduction That Protects Your Drivetrain With portal lifts, the gear reduction is placed in the hub instead of in the transmission. This reduces stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission, helping these components last longer.
