Our Honda Pioneer 500 portals work best when designed for how you ride. That’s why you can choose a 30% or 45% gear reduction. Go with 30% to keep a higher top speed with an extra boost of torque. Or go big with a 45% gear reduction to run bigger tires and roll through mud and rocks.
GDP Portals Save Your Drivetrain
These Honda Pioneer 500 portals put the gear reduction in the hub, so your whole drivetrain benefits. That means your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission avoid extra wear thanks to GDP. Portals also keep your stock suspension geometry so you don’t overextend your axles.

- Double-angular contact output bearings to prevent premature wear
- Roller idler and drive bearings to maintain perfect gear meshing
Available with billet or cast aluminum housing. Cool, quiet, precision-ground gears made from 9310 alloy billet steel. 1.5 in. diameter 4340 hardened steel drive shaft. Housings use gaskets or O-rings that don’t let anything through. Universal hub fits all major bolt patterns. Gear reduction reduces stress on your drivetrain. Lighter than the competition.
REQUIRES Aftermarket Suspension
These Pioneer 500 portals require an 18" wheel and tires to match. That means these portals MUST be paired with offset A-arms or a suspension lift kit not offered by SuperATV.

Wheel Requirements
- 18" or larger wheel required. Therefore, it is NOT compatible with stock suspension and REQUIRES aftermarket suspension
- Wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
