Description

Get the power and performance you crave with SuperATV’s GDP 4" Portal Gear Lift for the Honda Pioneer 700. Available with 15% or 30% gear reductions, these portals can help make work easier and weekends more fun. You can also upgrade to billet aluminum housings and dual-idler gears for added strength and reliability.

Dual-idler portals spread the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer. Precision CNC grinding helps ensure proper gear mating, and the gears are made from 9310 steel alloy.

With the gear reduction placed in the hub instead of in the transmission, your drivetrain doesn’t have to work as hard. That helps reduce stress on the axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission. Choose 30% for tougher terrain like mud or rocks, or 15% to improve trail riding and hauling capabilities.

Features cast or billet aluminum housings paired with advanced steel alloy backing plates. The housings are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow. Includes advanced gaskets and O-rings, a sealed input gear, double-lipped output seal, double-angular contact output bearings, and roller idler and drive bearings.

Wheel requirements:

  • 14" or larger wheel required
  • Cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Not compatible with dual beadlock wheels
  • Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
