Honda Rubicon 4" Portal Gear Lift

Make your Honda Rubicon more capable with SuperATV’s 4" GDP Portal Gear Lift. It combines added clearance with built-in gear reduction to improve torque and performance on the trail. Choose a 15% or 30% gear reduction depending on whether you want a speed-friendly setup or maximum torque for heavy loads and deep mud.

GDP Portals place the gear reduction in the hub to help protect your drivetrain while maintaining factory suspension geometry. This helps keep axles cooler and reduces wear on the axles, differential, and transmission.

Built for strength and durability, these portals are available with cast or 6061 billet aluminum housings and advanced steel alloy backing plates. The housings are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow, and the system uses advanced gaskets, O-rings, seals, and bearings for long-term reliability.

Portals use advanced gaskets and O-rings with excellent oil resistance, a sealed input gear, a double-lipped output seal, double-angular contact output bearings, and roller idler and drive bearings to maintain proper gear meshing and help prevent premature wear.

4" Portal Gear Lift Includes:

  • (4) Assembled portal hub boxes complete with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, gaskets, and thrust bearings
  • (4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs
  • (4) Specialized steel alloy backing plates
  • (2) Steel caliper mounting plates
  • (2) Caliper mounting plate shims
  • Extended brake lines
  • All required hardware, including recessed castle nut socket

Honda Rubicon Max Tire Size Recommendations

  • 26" tire size: Stock suspension
  • 29" tire size: SuperATV Footwells

  • Honda Rubicon 520: 2020+

Note: Only compatible on machines with IRS (Independent Rear Suspension).

Wheel Requirements:

  • 14" or larger wheel required
  • Cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Not compatible with dual beadlock wheels
  • Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
