SuperATV’s 4" Portal Gear Lift gives you the power, ground clearance, and tire clearance you need to conquer the trails. With your choice of a 15% or 30% gear reduction, GDP Portals give you the power and performance you need.

Want more power? With a choice of 15% or 30% gear reduction, you can get the perfect amount of torque for your style. The 30% gear reduction delivers strong torque for hauling and climbing, while the 15% option keeps your top speed intact with a noticeable torque boost.

Extra weight and torque can wear out your drivetrain, but not with GDP Portals. By putting the gear reduction in the hub, your drivetrain stays protected while you power through tough terrain. You also keep your factory suspension for smooth rides and cool-running axles.

GDP Portals feature cast and 6061 billet aluminum housings reinforced with high-strength steel backing plates. They’re built to handle hard rides and keep you going when others might fail.

  • 100% sealing coverage throughout to help prevent oil leaks
  • Double-angular contact output bearings to help prevent premature wear
  • Roller idler and drive bearings to maintain gear meshing
  • Available with billet or cast aluminum housing
  • Cool, quiet, precision-ground gears made from 9310 alloy billet steel
  • 1.5 in. diameter 4340 hardened steel drive shaft
  • Housings use gaskets or O-rings that help keep contaminants out

4" Portal Gear Lift includes:

  • (4) Assembled portal hub boxes complete with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, gaskets, and thrust bearings
  • (4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs
  • (4) Specialized steel alloy backing plates
  • (2) Steel caliper mounting plates
  • (6) Caliper mounting plate shims
  • (2) Caliper spacers
  • Extended brake lines
  • All required hardware, including recessed castle nut socket

Fitment:

  • Kawasaki Brute Force 750: 2012+

Wheel requirements:

  • 14" or larger wheel required
  • Cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Not compatible with dual beadlock wheels
  • 1" wheel spacers required on stock wheels

Kawasaki Brute Force Max Tire Size Recommendations:

  • 29" tire size: Stock suspension setup with 4" portals
