What Is a Dual Idler?
After extensive testing and refinement, these dual idler gear portals feature two precision CNC-ground idler gears for a flawless fit, enhanced torque transfer, and superior performance. The idler gears are made from durable 9210 steel alloy for long-lasting strength.
Use a 45%, 60%, or 70% Gear Reduction to Master the Mud
With 8 inches of extra ground clearance and your choice of 45%, 60%, or 70% gear reduction built into the hubs, you get the torque needed to turn big tires through deep mud and tough trails.
A Gear Reduction Protects Your Drivetrain
Because the gear reduction is in the hub instead of the transmission, your axles, differential, prop shafts, and transmission face less wear and tear.
Stronger Housings by Design
Choose cast or billet aluminum housings built for strength in the areas that take the most force. The design is reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow, and the system uses advanced steel alloy backing plates.

- 41" max tire size: Stock suspension
- 45" max tire size: 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms
Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The listed sizes are the largest we fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tires may be used.

Wheel Requirements:
- 22" or larger wheel required
- Wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
