SuperATV RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion for Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000

Upgrade your steering with a heavy-duty rack and pinion designed to handle big tires and hard riding without sacrificing performance. SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 uses X24 Technology, a dual-bushing design with heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce wear, reduce slop, and improve durability. It also includes an easy-access grease fitting for relubrication after mud and water riding.

This kit is available with three tie rod options:

  • Swaged steel tube tie rods with a lightweight, stronger flared design
  • Solid steel bar tie rods for maximum strength and reliability
  • Billet aluminum hex tie rods for a lightweight, polished look

Features include:

  • Heavy-duty dual PTFE bushings designed with X24 Tech
  • Reduces wear by over 50% after 15,000 cycles
  • 65% larger housing than stock
  • Grease fitting for rack gears
  • Available tie rod options: swaged steel tube, solid steel bar, or billet aluminum hex
  • Solid steel and billet aluminum tie rods use 3/4" outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends with 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads
  • Swaged tube tie rods use 14 mm outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends with 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads
