Description

Take your control back with SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion for the Kawasaki Teryx. Built for hard riding and rough terrain, it delivers stronger, more durable steering with X24 Tech dual-bushing design that reduces wear by over 50% and helps eliminate slop for more responsive control. A built-in grease fitting makes maintenance easier after muddy or wet rides.

This rack and pinion is available with two tie rod options:

  • Swaged tube tie rods with 7/8" diameter tubing, 14 mm outer tie rod ends, and rebuildable inner tie rod ends using 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
  • Solid steel bar tie rods made from 1" diameter steel bars with 3/4" outer heim joint tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends using 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.

Both versions include a 65% larger housing than stock, inner boots, a steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, and hardware.
