Your stock rack and pinion will wear out over time, but SuperATV’s Kawasaki Teryx RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion is made to outlast everything else on the market. X24 technology reduces wear by more than 50%, so you can go big with lifts, huge tires, and other tough upgrades while keeping your steering rock-solid.

X24 tech makes this RackBoss 2.0 rack and pinion one of the toughest available. It uses heavy-duty PTFE bushings on both ends to eliminate slop in the gears and tension spring, helping reduce wear and tear by more than 50%. A built-in grease fitting helps keep everything clean and lubricated.

The included solid steel tie rods are built for strength and dependability. They use 1" steel bars with gusseted Z-bends, rebuildable inner tie rod ends, 16 mm rack threads, and 14 mm rod threads with 14 mm outer tie rod ends.
