Gen 3 Portals Are Built for All

Customize your Kawasaki Teryx S with SuperATV’s GDP 6" Portal Gear Lift for added ground clearance, room for bigger tires, and your choice of a 30% or 45% gear reduction. You can also choose between cast or USA-made billet aluminum housings for exceptional strength.

GDP portals place the gear reduction in the hub to reduce strain on your axles, prop shaft, and transmission while helping your drivetrain last longer. They’re built with premium 9310 alloy steel gears that are precision ground for quiet, smooth operation.

The portal housings are reinforced and designed for better oil flow and gearing forces. Both cast and billet housings use advanced gaskets, a sealed input gear, and a double-lipped output seal for strong sealing coverage. The backing plates are made from a 5/16"-thick advanced steel alloy for added durability.

These portals also feature roller bearings for the idler gear and a double-angular contact output bearing built to handle heavy loads. Precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors, universal hubs with multiple bolt patterns, and a tapered output shaft help deliver secure fitment and reliable braking performance.

The given tire sizes are the largest we fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.

Wheel Requirements:

  • 18" or larger wheel required
  • 18" wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
  • 20" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Wheels need a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
