Description

If you want to maximize ground clearance and performance, SuperATV’s GDP 8" Portal Gear Lift takes your Kawasaki Teryx S to new heights. Choose either cast or USA-made billet aluminum housings and get a 45% gear reduction for serious torque, more room for monster tires, and a setup built to handle mud and tough terrain.

GDP portals place the gear reduction in the hub instead of the drivetrain, helping reduce stress on the axles, transmission, differential, and prop shaft. The gears are made from 9310 alloy steel and are precision ground for smooth, cool operation. The housings are reinforced and designed with better oil flow and gearing forces in mind, and the setup uses advanced gaskets, sealed input gears, double-lipped output seals, and strong bearings for durability.

Additional features include a 1.5 in. forward and rear offset, 4 in. total width increase per side, and a 1.5 in. diameter 4340 hardened steel driveshaft. The universal hub fits all major bolt patterns.

Includes:

  • (4) Assembled portal hub boxes complete with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, gaskets, and thrust bearings
  • (4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs
  • (4) Specialized steel alloy backing plates
  • (4) Steel caliper mounting plates with spacers
  • (2) Steel steering arms
  • Extended brake lines with parking brake and brake cable brackets
  • All required hardware, including recessed castle nut socket

Fitment:

  • Kawasaki Teryx S: 2021+
  • Kawasaki Teryx 4S: 2021+

Wheel requirements:

  • 22" or larger wheel required
  • Wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer

Max tire size recommendation for 8" Portal Gear Lift: up to 34" with stock suspension.

Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The given tire sizes are the largest fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.
