Description

SuperATV’s Ace Complete Differential is the only aftermarket Polaris differential on the market. It takes Polaris’ proven design and makes it stronger, delivering power to your front wheels and locking when you want it to. Built for battle, this complete differential offers the performance you expect with upgraded strength and durability.

You get a complete differential, fully assembled and ready to install, not just replacement internals. It includes a heavy-duty cast aluminum case, thicker gears, bushings, seals, hubs, Sprague, armature, and wiring. The Sprague carrier is made from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum for maximum strength and long-term durability.

The ring and pinion gears are hob cut for extreme precision, helping the diff run smooth, quiet, and cool for a more comfortable ride and longer gear life. The case is reinforced with helical inserts in the mounting threads to help prevent bolts from wallowing out or pulling out over time, and additional material has been added to the mounting locations. The pinion gear tube is also thickened to withstand bumps, jar, and torque loads. A bolt-on cap retains the pinion bearing for easier service without destroying the seal.

For riders looking for maximum strength, a billet aluminum differential case upgrade is available. Billet is denser, stronger, and less porous than cast, making it a great choice for aggressive riders who put stock differentials to the test.
