Get unmatched strength for your Polaris Sportsman and Polaris Scrambler with SuperATV ball joints. If you don’t need all that strength, the OE Replacement ball joint is great for casual ATV riding. For rougher weekend trail rides, choose the Heavy-Duty 4340 steel stud ball joints. With better materials and smarter design, SuperATV’s ball joints help eliminate fear of ball joint failure.

Super Duty 300M Ball Joint

Made with hardened, black oxide coated 300M steel, this stud is designed to be less narrow than stock. The result is a ball joint that’s 2.25x stronger than OEM. For ultimate strength, this is SuperATV’s strongest option.

Heavy-Duty 4340 Ball Joint

This hardened 4340 steel stud is black oxide coated and wider at the base. Test after test shows it is nearly 2x stronger than stock, built to stand up to abuse ride after ride.

  • Heavy-Duty 4340 — for the weekend warrior. 2x stronger than stock and able to withstand 24,000 lbs of force. Features include a stud thicker than stock, stronger than stock, greasable, and serviceable.
  • Standard Duty — for the casual rider. OEM replacement ball joint able to withstand 13,000 lbs of force. Features include stronger than stock and a stud thicker than stock.
